Our 2024 Gamay has been made in the Beaujolais Cru style, fermented on skins and aged in barrel for 12 months (much like we make our Pinot). The resulting wine captures the wonderful red berry fruitiness we love about Gamay (think luscious strawberries and sweet cherries) but with an added vanilla-richness and depth from the oak.
