Our 2020 Gewürztraminer was incredibly popular and sold out quickly. We think the 2022 is even better, and excited to share it with you.

In 2022 we increased the amount of skins contact with the juice to extract every ounce of those wonderful Gewürtz aromatics. Following the cold maceration, the wine underwent a slow, cool ferment over 18 days. We enhanced the texture with with ageing on fine lees for 12 months and bottled the wine unfined to preserve every ounce of flavour.  The wine has a floral perfume of rose, musk and lychee with a rich texture and spicy finish.
